BFLOW: Signature VINYASA

Power Vinyasa is a stronger form of practice that encourages you to engage more fully in your body as a tool to get out of your head and into the sensations of your feeling body. It has a physical focus, working on stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance. This practice is heated (85-90 degrees) to burn through the layers of the self and set yourself free.

GENTLE FLOW

Gentle Flow is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

YIN

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. The practice of yin works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body for deep release and opens the energetic meridians of the body for optimal healing.
